This locking disc is a component of the camshaft adjuster and serves as the cover of the hydraulic camshaft adjuster. Our high-quality solution combines the requirements for cost-effective production in very high volumes while meeting demanding safety and quality standards. As a specialist in sintering technology, we are able to develop individual sintered metal solutions in combination with other manufacturing processes. Since all processes are available in-house at Schunk, high repeatability can be achieved while maintaining an efficient cost structure. Alternative designs for the belt drive are also possible.
